1. Agreement

By installing or using the TabMinder Chrome extension or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use TabMinder.

2. The service

TabMinder lets you set reminders for browser tabs, with notifications, recurring reminders, notes, a calendar, history and, for Pro accounts, cloud backup. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

3. Free preview, trial and Pro

• Every new installation gets all Pro features free for 7 days, with no account needed.
• Adding your email gives you 14 more days of Pro, once per email address.
• After that, creating new reminders requires a paid Pro plan. Reminders you already set keep working and can still be opened or snoozed.
• Misusing the free preview or trial, for example trying to get it more than once, is not allowed. We may limit or end access where we detect misuse.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Pro is sold monthly or yearly through our payment partner, Payhip. Prices are shown on our website and in the extension, and include any discounts on offer at the time.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• To unlock Pro automatically, use the same email address at checkout that you use in TabMinder.
• Promo and partner codes (for example from AppSumo) can be redeemed once, for the length stated with the code.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

5. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in to your TabMinder account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use TabMinder for anything illegal;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt our servers;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer TabMinder, except where the law allows it;
• share one paid account with other people.

7. Your data

Your reminders belong to you. How we handle them is explained in our privacy policy.

8. Availability and backups

We work hard to keep TabMinder reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Notifications depend on Chrome and your operating system, for example Chrome must be running to show them. Keep your own records of anything critical.

9. Disclaimer

TabMinder is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TabMinder and MyBrowserTools are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed reminder or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using TabMinder and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue TabMinder, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the extension or by email. Continuing to use TabMinder after a change means you accept the new terms.
